Yes, we provide you with a signed written estimate for every project.

Who will do the work?

Norman Daoust is generally the person. For carpentry work, we frequently call on our Alden Morse, our expert carpenter. When additional assistance is needed, James Sampson and Jim Sampson assist. Years of experience working together keeps our quality high and minimizes any possible communication issues.

Will you clean up afterward?

We recognize that this is your home. For projects not finished in a day, we make certain to tidy up everything at the end of each day.

When do I pay?

For small projects, at the conclusion of the project. For larger projects, we generally request a deposit at the beginning with the balance at the conclusion.

How do you get your clients?

Primarily from referrals from our past clients. At the conclusion of the project, we'll ask you to help us with that. Referrals, testimonials, and references from our pleased clients allow us to keep our advertising costs low and pass those savings along to you!
